Returns

We hope that you are happy with your purchase from Pegon. However, if this is not the case, we are happy to offer a refund for items you are unhappy with, within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be returned in a re-saleable condition.

Important Notes

  • Tarnishing or discolouration caused by chemical contact (perfumes, lotions, cleaning products), heat exposure, or general wear and tear is not considered a fault. Please see our Jewellery Care Guide for advice on caring for your items.

  • Refunds may take up to 10 working days to be processed after we receive your return.

  • Any free items included as part of a qualifying purchase must be returned as well. If not, the value will be deducted from your refund.

  • Personalised items and earrings are non-returnable. Customised jewellery (e.g. name necklaces) are made especially for you and therefore cannot be refunded, exchanged, or cancelled after 24 hours. For hygiene reasons, earrings are strictly non-returnable.

  • If your order is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, or if it remains unclaimed after customs clearance, you will be responsible for covering the reshipping costs.

How To Return An Item

  1. Re-pack the item in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories attached.

  2. Attach your return label and address it correctly to Pegon.

  3. Return the package at the Post Office counter and obtain proof of postage. Do not post through a letterbox.

    • You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

    • We recommend using a trackable service.

  4. Keep your proof of postage safe — this will be required if the parcel does not reach us.

  5. Once your return is received and inspected, a refund (excluding shipping charges) will be processed back to your original payment method.

International Returns

  • As an international customer, you may return your parcel using any reliable postal service.

  • Clearly mark your parcel as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs duties.

  • If customs charges are applied due to incorrect declaration (e.g. marked as “gift”), these fees will be deducted from your refund.

  • Please note: we do not refund international customs duties, import taxes, or sales charges.

  • The parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives safely with us — therefore we strongly recommend a tracked and insured shipping service.
