We know you’re excited to receive your Pegon jewellery and we can’t wait for you to enjoy it either! Every order is handled with care, and we work hard to ensure your pieces reach you as quickly and safely as possible.

INTERNATIONAL STANDARD

We ship worldwide with our International Standard service (4–7 working days). Delivery times may vary depending on destination and local customs procedures.

UK DELIVERY OPTIONS

UK FREE STANDARD (Mainland UK)
Delivered by Royal Mail within 2–7 working days. (Excludes weekends & bank holidays.)
Note: Personalised items require 2–4 weeks production + shipping.

CUSTOM PRODUCTS

If you order a personalised item, the selected shipping method applies after production is complete. For example, if you choose Next Day Delivery, the jewellery will be dispatched via next day courier once your piece has been crafted.

Orders containing both custom and non-custom items will ship together. If you wish to receive non-custom items earlier, please place a separate order.

PACKAGING

At Pegon, presentation matters. Every piece is beautifully packaged—whether it’s a gift for someone special or a treat for yourself.

• Orders over £30 or personalised jewellery come in our signature luxury jewellery box.

• Orders under £30 are delivered in our stylish protective pouches, perfect for everyday safekeeping.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, or left unclaimed after customs clearance, will require reshipping costs to be covered by the customer.
